Project Runway
The runway implementation process forms part of Council’s programme management. The aim is to leveraging the ‘power of portfolio’ to improve value and reduce risk in
the delivery of a mandate or in the case of Council, their LTP.
The culture promoted by programme management is that it is a totem pole of value that the tribes have to be encouraged to dance around independent of existing
organisational departmental agendas and beliefs and that the programme needs to be loaded with the ownership of its delivery.
